Our Team

Even today, all activities are being directed from the sole headquarters in Hamburg. This gives us the advantage that all information are bundled in one place, so decisions can be made quickly and without red tape thanks to our corporate independence. Our flat hierarchy and our team oriented work philosophy promotes a strong sense of togetherness.

Our 60 head strong crew enters the work arena as a well attuned team and impresses with long years of special expertise in its field; a fact that is proven by over 10 years of job tenure, on average, with our firm. As a result, our expert knowledge stays in-house, a circumstance that gives us a significant edge over many of our competitors.

At the core of our workforce stands our site management team consisting of 5 to 6 full-time geotechnical site engineers. They are the ones who stand by our 12 to 13 drill crews on a daily basis and ensure a frictionless work process. Our testing and prestressing crews care for the final touch before handing over our building structures to the client. Structural design calculations are being carried out by our own structural design office in close cooperation with our sales and calculation department during the project planning & acquisition phase. Our machine technology department not only keeps up our hightech machine park, it equips each job site according to its individual demands, and it opens up new technical horizons through proprietary developments.

Talent promotion and human capital development are self-evident for us. Our personnel is being trained in regular intervals and individual requests for professional development are considered at all times. Whether young or old, building novice or seasoned building tycoon, everbody is granted the opportunity to prove individual strengths and practice new skills. A variety of different training facilities and institutions are regularly consulted in these matters. As a typical middle class building enterprise, we build on our workforce.
