Securing two mast foundations in the Bavarian Alps with TITAN-Micropiles. In this endeavour, we chose to apply a drilling technique supported by a down-the-hole-hammer with compressed air in order to penetrate the rocky geology. The precarious slope in the absence of a regular access road rendered not only the transportation of our work unit difficult.
Deep Foundation of a new production facility for wood furniture in Heham, England, with TITAN-Micropiles. The job presented a logistical challenge to us, as all our equipment had to be sea shipped.
Ex-post deep foundation of an existing building due to increased design loads in the course of remodeling works. Because of the 2,00 m low ceilings in the basement, we conducted our bore and grout works with a handheld mini drill mast. In this manner, we produced a total of 105 TITAN-micropiles, type 40/16.

The job was necessary because of excavation works to lower the harbour basin to allow larger container vessels to land. Our works took place from a mobile hanging scaffold running on rail. The pile heads were mounted at 0,50 m below sea level.

Unsere Aufgabe bestand in der Verstärkung einer bestehenden Hochwasserschutzwand. Dank eines Sondervorschlags erhielten wir den Zuschlag für dieses Projekt und bauten ein selbst entwickeltes und patentiertes Verpresspfahl-System, Typ 89/20, ein. Mit einer Gebrauchslast von 960 kN und ca. 32 m Einzellänge bewährte sich unser Pfahl in hervorragender Weise.
Uplift Protection of a sheet pile trough for a railway tunnel in Giesenburg, The Netherlands. For the first time in our company history we conducted our works with four drill rigs simultaneously from two mobile work platforms. In sum, we produced 1.674 micropiles, type TITAN 103/78, in lengths of 13 to 24 m and with service loads of up to 1100 kN.
