In a continuous quality improvement effort, we implemented an in-house machine technology department in 2009, which allows us to customise our machines to the specific needs of each building project. It develops new technological solutions that increase productivity on the work site, and it experiments with new methods in order to improve the economic lifetime of our machines, which are traditionally exposed to high mechanical stress in the foundation engineering industry.

In the recent past, we made significant investments in our machine park. Since 2008 we have acquired six new drill rigs and five mixing and grouting stations. In total, we count 17 versatile drill rigs to our repertiore, four of which can be deployed in highly confined work spaces to produce mini piles enclosed rooms (e.g. basements), emission-free if requested. Our larger drill rigs are predestined for bigger building sites, where only high-performance drill units, e.g. our two KR-807 rigs, can manage the required depths and diameters. Moreover, we are able to record and analyse all relevant production data of our drill and grout works in real time for our clients.

Our machine park includes:

  • 13 anchor drill rigs
  • 4 mini drill rigs
  • 5 mini excavators with special gripping claws
  • 20+ mixing and grouting stations
  • 2 telescopic handlers
  • 2 wheel loaders
  • 30+ vehicles incl. 4 workshop cars
  • Wide-ranging technology to capture data from drill and grout works

Our versatile machine park can master the following cirsumstances:

  • Produce injection piles with diamters of up to 305 mm
  • Drill 14 pcs. of 3 m long casings from a fully automatic magazine
  • Produce vertical injection piles under height restrictions < 2,00 m
  • Reach drill points over 10 m above the work platform
  • Drill injection piles alongside quay walls from land- or waterside
  • Access rooms through 1,00 m wide doors and gatesways
  • Drill into depths of up to 60 m
  • Bore through underwater foundation bottoms in over 30 m depth
  • Work spark-free in highly flammable environments (e.g. chemical industrial plants)
  • Avoid any contamination of the work platform with srill and grout medium
